They only mentioned 4x pressing the red buttons, which can cause the throttle to be miscalibrated. Based on your screenshot, it looks like there’s a calibration issue from the throttle itself since the Y axis is not as centered as the X axis.

But these adjustments are only around 2-3% depending on the hardware itself and how well you factory calibrated the quadrant (not the FBW calibration).
