I am of the opinion that this does little and is a waste of money. We are discussing salt water tanks in particular. My point was using GFCI was all thats needed. Your equipment should be plugged into gfci protected circuit. This is the only way to go. Once this is done if you do have stray voltage you will trip the gfci.
