Inclusion refers to a cultural and environmental feeling of belonging. It can be measured by the extent to which employees feel valued, respected, accepted and encouraged to fully participate in an organization. Webnderstanding group dynamics and developing the skills necessary to be an effective leader are fundamental to becoming a successful leader. Likewise, understanding group de-velopment is essential to group planning and actual group practice. In this chapter we detail the stages of group work starting with group planning during the pregroup stage.
